CONTEST: DDMYBC Did Dufflet Make Your Birthday Cake

Gather up your birthday photos with family and friends and show them off for a chance to win cake!

We want to see your birthday cake photos, and if your cake was a Dufflet cake, your name will be entered for a chance to win one of nine gift certificates for a $25 Fresh Collection cake (redeemable at any Dufflet cafe location). 

Weekly random draws will take place every Friday afternoon from April 1 - May 30, 2014.
 
What’s the grand prize you ask?  Dufflet Pastries will deliver a $50 Fresh Collection cake to you on your birthday (or any day you’d like a nice cake). Sorry, but the delivery address for the grand prize must be in the greater Toronto area, ok? The grand prize will be drawn at random from all photos submitted up until May 30th.

How to enter? Just send us a jpg of your Dufflet Birthday Cake via email to tourdedufflet@gmail.com, or tweet us using hashtag #DDMYBC @Dufflet or @tourdedufflet with a link to your photo online (tumblr, flickr, facebook, instagram, pinterest, etc).

You may enter as often as you like but each photo must be from a different birthday (please don't send multiple photos from the same birthday party).

Our Chocolate Signatures line has entered in the “My Story. My Ad” contest hosted by the Specialty Food Association.

It's pretty cool seeing my boss on posters around town to promote an also cool event, the Small Business Forum, hosted by the City of Toronto.

This is a free, all-day event that has a lot going for it, from motivational speakers to exhibits to seminars to Toronto's Next Great Food Product Contest. If you run your own business, or are thinking of starting one, this is a great event to network at and learn from.

We received photos from over 100 couples (some of you sending in multiple versions of your lovely Dufflet wedding cakes) and each couple's name went into the basket that Dufflet Rosenberg drew from to choose the winner.

Gillian & Jordan will receive a sweet re-creation of the top tier of their wedding cake (I think they're waiting for their anniversary later this summer) Here's what their original wedding day cake looked like ...

Whether your wedding was last year or 35 years ago, we want your Dufflet wedding cake photos!

We make the cakes, but never get the chance to see you enjoy them, so this spring we will create special wedding displays in our three retail locations to showcase photos of couples next to their Dufflet wedding cakes.

All photos received will be entered into a random draw to win a re-make of the top tier of your Dufflet wedding cake for you and your partner to enjoy! (some restrictions and limitations apply).

How to enter?

From now until March 31st, 2010 please mail, email or drop off photos of your wedding day (showing you and your Dufflet cake). Please include the names of the wedding couple, date of event and any other comments you would like.
