Dufflet Pastries will be showing off some sweet stuff at The Restaurants Canada Show (formerly the Canadian Restaurant & Foodservices Association Show) this weekend (March 1-3) at the Direct Energy Centre in Toronto.
We're busy as bakers (which totally is a thing) gearing up for our 40th anniversary and we may be able to drop a hint or two on what The Queen of Cake® is planning for 2015! Please drop by booth #1207 and enter our contest to win an anniversary gift box (one for each day of the show).

National Cupcake Day™ is the first-ever, coordinated Canadian event to support local shelters, SPCAs, and Humane Societies. In 2014, animal lovers across Canada raised over $450,000 in support of their favourite societies.
While folks across Canada are organizing teams to host National Cupcake Day parties, you can donate online and find out more by visiting www.nationalcupcakeday.ca or Ontario SPCA (@ontariospca on Twitter).
Dufflet Pastries is proud to announce that we've created a team page on their site for donations, but even better (and of interest to you cupcake lovers) both our Downtown (787 Queen St. W.) and Beach (1917 Queen Street E.) locations will donate $1 for every 3" cupcake sold on Monday, February 23, 2015.

The City of Toronto will be replacing the old water pipes and installing new ones at 787 Queen Street West on Monday, Oct. 20 so Dufflet - Downtown will be closed that day - sorry for the inconvenience!
For your cake and other sweet needs, Dufflet - Beach (1917 Queen St. E.) will be open regular hours on Monday. Dufflet - Uptown (on Yonge) is closed on Mondays.
