eat more free samples ...

The CRFA Show is an annual food service industry trade show with hundreds of booths exhibiting products and services for folks in the restaurant, hotel and catering businesses.

Visitors were treated to a taste of everything from "What's in that?" to "I love these!"

As usual, Dufflet Pastries hosted one of the more popular booths because really, who can say no to a sample slice of cake?

Here are a couple of shots of our display case (before it got attacked by cake-eaters) and a tired but brave Dufflet sales rep (Christine Gammal).
