Layers of sweet mango mousse are surrounded by classic ladyfingers and finished with a brilliant mango glaze. Full disclosure: I ate that slice after I took the photo. Sorry, but we'll make more (I promise).

Just putting the finishing touches to the Dufflet newsletter for Mother's Day, which comes out next week for items available beginning April 24th.
One of our new pastries is this pretty Mango Raspberry Mini. A dome of white biscuit surrounds mango mousse and raspberry mousse. It's finished with an orange glaze and drizzle and topped with a white chocolate pink daisy.
I got to taste this one after taking the photo, and you will not believe how flavourful and yummy this 2.5" gem of a dessert is!
