spring has sprung-ish!

It may not look like it on the outside, but Spring is here and it's time to show off our new seasonal desserts that are available now at all 3 Dufflet locations right through Easter. Warning: do not read the following if you're hungry!

Crème Brulée Cheesecake (10", 8")
Dense and delicious vanilla bean cheesecake in a rich shortbread crust.  Topped with a deep caramel glaze, finished with a border of toasted meringue.

Lemon Dacquoise (10", 6")
Great for Passover! Alternating layers of crunchy hazelnut meringue and pure whipped cream, lemon buttercream and lemon curd. (made without wheat or gluten, contains nuts)

Devil's Strawberry Cake for 2 (2.75 x 3.5")
Layers of Devil's Food chocolate cake and strawberry buttercream, glazed with milk chocolate, finished with a pink daisy.

Peachy Keen Vanilla Tea Mousse Mini (2.5")
A dome of tea infused vanilla mousse, peach compote and white biscuit, finished with a tea glaze and pink chocolate daisy.
