more cake, more bike 2009
Back for it's 2nd sweet year, the Tour de Dufflet will run daily (except Mondays) throughout Toronto Bike Month from May 26 to June 25, 2009. Get a little exercise (and something sweet) by cycling to all 3 Dufflet locations. Registered participants will receive a souvenir, something sweet, and other goodies once their stamped passport is presented - the registration fee will be donated to charity!
How to participate? Simply choose one of Dufflet's 3 locations as your starting point. Register there, pick up your passport (and receive your first stamp) then continue the Tour by cycling to the remaining 2 locations. Once you have your 3rd stamp, turn in your passport to be eligible for the grand prize drawing at the end of Bike Month. It is not necessary to register in advance, just show up and begin the tour!
The registration fee of $5 will be charged on the day you ride your tour. With registration comes a nifty Dufflet shoulder bag and a map. From there you can cycle to the other two locations (in any order) to receive something sweet (or savoury) to nibble, and something to drink.
When you hand in your completed passport you will also receive a gift certificate as a reward for visiting all 3 Dufflet locations in one day (and on a bike!)
Ride the Tour de Dufflet Tuesdays through Sundays between 10am to 5pm at these locations:
Dufflet Downtown: 787 Queen Street West (west of Bathurst)
Dufflet Uptown: 2638 Yonge Street (north of Eglinton)
Dufflet Beach: 1917 Queen Street East (west of Woodbine)
Enjoy!
